“DECEPCAO. FALTA DE INFORMAÇÕES.”
The location was fine, but neither the agency nor Booking sent us access info, and on the square there are two properties with the same number 6—total confusion. Disappointing! We also had to hunt down the agency to pay the city fee, losing four hours on Saturday. Restaurant owner Gisele helped us out; if we’d relied on the agency or Booking we’d be in trouble. Very regrettable!!!
“Central location , comfortable stay”
The hotel sits in a central spot and is spotless, but the public entrance feels a bit unwelcoming.
“Gästezimmer in der Altstadt von Zadar”
I loved that the place was in the old town and everything was within walking distance, and the free WiFi worked fine. However, getting there was confusing—there was no sign on the façade and I had to follow the photos to find the building. Getting the key was a hassle because the key box was jammed, and there was no lift in the building. Also, the hand soap was empty.
“SCAM, AVOID, FRAUD”
Nothing, this place is a FRAUD. They didn’t send check‑in instructions until a day after we were supposed to arrive, so we had no idea where to stay on our first night. Now they’re refusing to refund us and I’m having to go through my bank.
“Gute Lage, Parkplatz ist ein wenig außerhalb, aber zum Be- und Entladen sind wir vorgefahren.”
The room was basically okay, but we didn’t consider it luxurious when the coating on the headboard peeled off and flies came out of the sink overflow in the bathroom. When we left we saw another room with a different headboard that was intact. We probably got the oldest room.
