The rooms are a good size and the layout works well; the microwave, fridge, corner chair, and desk are all nice, and the beds are comfortable. The bathroom felt a bit dirty and the rest of the room wasn’t as clean, but overall it was fine.

The space and clean room. The elevator was old and slow.

The room we booked wasn’t available, so we had to settle for something else. It was very loud, with thin walls. It was clean.

The location was perfect, a quick trip to the event we were there for. The room was very musty, so we had to keep it cold to reduce the smell. The bed was extremely uncomfortable to the point that I wanted to sleep in the chair provided in the room. It took 20 minutes for someone to greet us at the counter to check in. We even had to call the customer service line right there at the counter to ring the front desk phone to get someone’s attention. Even then, after the phone rang, no one came for minutes after the call was placed. Once someone finally came to the counter it was not the warmest greeting. For us the experience did not match the nearly $450.00 price tag.

The suite was nice, but the heater made a bit of noise and the walls were thin enough that we could hear people above us and next door.
