The staff were very good and cooperative, and the accommodation turned out to be the best. However, we encountered some plumbing issues.

I recently had the chance to stay at this hotel, and while the facilities were truly impressive, the staff's hospitality left a lot to be desired. The hotel's amenities and services were top-notch, but the staff seemed completely uninterested in providing a warm welcome or attending to our needs.
There is no lift, and no geyser. They claim hot water is supplied via solar, but I doubt it; we never received hot water from the tap. Instead, they handed us warm water in a dirty bucket.
