I like the location and the hotel is well maintained; it’s still new but has been operating for 2 years, and the staff are friendly and accommodating. The only suggestion is to put a trash can in the Comfort Room for tissues.

Wonderful stay at Casa Ison Hotel. The rooms are clean, the bathroom is tidy. You can order a Filipino breakfast at the hotel, freshly prepared, and proper coffee can also be ordered. The hotel is nicely central. We were unfortunately there during the rainy season and had extra bad luck with unusually heavy rain, so we were stuck in the hotel as the street water rose to knee height. When the ceiling fell on our heads and we still wanted to go out, the owner stopped us and drove us in her car through the city to the Presing Park. Thank you very much, Gloria!

The room is comfortable and clean, ideal for a night to recover energy, close to 7 Eleven and restaurants, well connected. We would have liked a laundry service. In the early morning, you could hear people on other floors making a lot of noise in the hallways, though it seemed to be a one‑time thing.

I liked the location and the room had air conditioning and a large smart TV, and it was clean with bottled water, but there was no fridge or kettle. Two unfriendly ladies at check‑in made us feel annoyed during lunch and demanded an extra 200 peso for a 90‑minute early check‑in; we declined and returned at 14 h. They also asked for a 1000 peso cash deposit for possible damages, only gave the Wi‑Fi password after a later request, and in room 205 the furnishings were partially damaged or broken—shower tap, towel rack, window handle, bedside lamp all loose or snapped off, made of cheap material, so be careful.
