The welcome was excellent and the advice was precious; the breakfast was of great quality, and the setting in the middle of the vineyards was lovely.

I was refused upon arrival even though I had made a reservation after searching on booking with the filter “animals allowed”; the place they offered me does not accept animals, so I couldn’t stay there and had to find last‑minute accommodation. I’m struggling today to reach booking for an explanation and a refund because I paid for the reservation three weeks in advance.
