“We always like staying at the Tyr Winch”
Our room was spotless and had a comfy king‑size bed; the shower was decent. It was very quiet even though the pub was next door, and the pub’s food was tasty. The carpark was busy when we got back from an evening at the Utilita Arena in Cardiff, a 20‑minute drive away, but we found a spot quickly. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the manager, Mike. This was our second visit, and we’d definitely stay again when in Cardiff because it offers great value, a good location, and cosy, clean rooms. I wish the room had a fridge or the pub offered breakfast; otherwise everything was fine.
