“Jak na cenę nie było źle.”
The location is great, very close to the old town. The rooms are in the basement, tiny, and the toilet had a strange buzzing when the water was turned on.

The location was fantastic. It was very worn out and there were too many things that seemed lacking. For example, one toilet door wouldn’t lock, the shower head was broken, and several items could have been fixed cheaply and easily.

Good for its price

The place is in a good spot, but the parking situation was a mess. I only learned about the €20 extra fee for two days after booking, hidden in the third page of the details. Arriving on a Saturday in Tallinn, the parking turned out to be free, yet a hotel staff member warned us that the police would tow our car if we didn't pay, and he forced my wife to hand over the money instead of telling us which streets were free.

The building was old and filthy, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. The room was dirty and there were no facilities.
