The hotel's location is unbeatable - it's literally right in front of Ram Ghat, which is perfect for those who want to be in the heart of the action. However, my experience was marred by the cleanliness and ventilation of the rooms. I was expecting a bit more attention to detail from the staff, considering the hotel's prime location. Unfortunately, the rooms felt a bit neglected, which was a shame given the otherwise great spot.

The hotel's location was a major plus, with stunning views from the rooftop. The beds were comfortable, which was a relief after a long day of exploring. However, the rooftop itself was underutilized and could have been a real gem if it was maintained better. Unfortunately, the state of the kitchen was a major turn-off, and I would strongly advise against eating at the hotel's restaurant due to the poor hygiene conditions.

The hotel's location was a major selling point, right in the heart of the city, but unfortunately, the noise from the street was a real issue. I was looking forward to a good night's sleep, but the constant honking of horns and chatter of passersby made it impossible. The room itself was small, but the cleanliness was top-notch - the staff must have been doing a great job keeping everything spotless. Despite the issues, the staff were friendly and helpful, which made a big difference.

The location is only big positive for this hotel. It is right at Ramghat which is one of the spots to see in Chitrakoot, so gives you experience of staying in the active place.Staying here can save you some time as boat ride is right in front of hotel. Cleanliness was not good. Place was not kept well, the balcony door was not repaired. Hotel staff was fine, once we checked in we had to ask for water, towel and blankets. They provided only one blanket in a double room booking, they did not have enough blanket and gave us thin bedsheets later

There was a problem with water. Everyday at least three to four times there was no water and every time I had to tell the reception about the problem. During three days of stay, not a single time the room was not cleaned, the bathroom not cleaned. There were rats roaming around the room. The staff were somehow good but what is the use of their goodness once they can't provide the service. The overall stay was not a happy one
