It was a quiet, comfortable spot on the outskirts of Naples, with a large, secure parking area in the courtyard. The metro station was a 15‑minute walk away, and a bus stop was close by, though we never used it. It’s a solid choice for anyone wanting to avoid city‑center traffic. We’d have liked more facilities in the shared kitchen.

This place is perfect for those looking for convenience and comfort. The room had everything you need, excellent air‑conditioning and Wi‑Fi. It’s strategically located just a few minutes on foot from the metro and close to bars and supermarkets. The self‑service check‑in was quick and crystal clear thanks to the WhatsApp instructions. Highly recommended!

The area was convenient for me, and the car parking—essentially “inside the house”—was great. The place was very welcoming and cute. The bathroom’s hygiene could have been better; it was a bit dirty, which is surprising for a B&B, but overall it was still quite cozy.

The property sits amid green and feels relaxing. Inside there's a nice common area for breakfast. The room is spacious and has a nice shower. The door is very thin, so you can hear other people a bit. Unfortunately there’s no suitable outdoor area for dinner or breakfast, which is a shame because the garden would have been lovely. The bathroom is very simple and could be improved with basic small touches.
