“A local residence honest review”

I liked the location right across the street from Waikiki Beach, the Zoo, and not far from the Aquarium and lots of places to eat nearby. The room was nice, very clean and comfortable. The kitchenette included a full‑size refrigerator, filtered water for coffee, microwave, hot plate, pots, pans, and dishes. The contactless check‑in and check‑out is great; wish more hotels offered that. The staff are very helpful and always an email or text message away during office hours. The hotel was under major construction during our stay, minor noise inconvenience on the first day, but it’s good to see the hotel is getting updated. We requested a King‑size bed while booking but later learned the entire hotel has only Queen beds; however, the bed was very comfortable. The shower curtain was too short, and the floor was soaked after every shower. The pool is nothing to be excited about; go to Waikiki Beach and enjoy the ocean. The hotel parking is in the basement and the height clearance is 6 ft with compact stalls only. If you have a large vehicle you will not fit!

“not cool man”

When I forgot my door code and left my phone in the room, the staff treated me like a criminal until we finally got the code.

The location was good. It was completely under renovation, everything was covered and noisy from workers, that should have been announced beforehand.

I honestly think this hotel should not be offered at all.

“Good location. Comfortable enough but my unit was in desperate need of some TLC.”

The location was excellent, and even though it wasn't right on the beach I could still see the ocean clearly. The staff were friendly, the bed was comfortable, and the free‑standing AC unit worked well. They also supplied beach gear. However, the room needed a deep clean and some sprucing up; the ironing board was broken, the microwave was broken, water pressure was poor, and the inside of the cupboards was sticky. The table on the patio was trash. The kitchenware and décor were old, cheap, and mismatched—something you could replace at a Dollar store or a garage sale. The balcony was only as wide as a small folding chair, making it tricky to maneuver.
