“Soaked carpet - Mold in the air....Yuck”

I woke up soaked from AC condensate dripping onto the carpet, and the mold was awful—definitely not staying here again.

“Most horrible experience ever.”

The location was fine, but the AC never cooled the room, the floor near the tub and the AC unit was structurally weak, mold grew around the tub, the mattress felt lumpy with a mound in the middle, and the room had a strong urine smell that got worse after we sprayed it; we were told there were no queen rooms to switch to, and we were exhausted from moving our student into the dorm, so we left.

“Expected better”

The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet, but we arrived late and two cars were parked in the turnout with people hanging around, sitting inside and outside the cars, doors open, smoking, so my daughter couldn’t drop me off at the door; I have mobility issues, and there were no nearby spots because a party was happening in a room off the lobby—those were party guests; nobody was at the front desk, the phone kept ringing, and someone finally appeared after about 10 minutes and apologized; we were on the 4th floor, the hallway and room had a musty smell, the ice machine on the 3rd floor was broken, and the carpet was damp in places.

The breakfast was very good and the staff were very helpful and friendly.
