In October I stayed again at Ramada Encore by Wyndham Gurugram Dwarka Expressway and felt comfortable from the first moment; after several visits I can fully recommend this hotel. What makes the stay especially pleasant is the personal and warm team, who recognize you and greet you kindly so you don’t feel like just another guest. From the reception to the luggage service and the quick, hassle‑free check‑in everything works smoothly. The staff are attentive, helpful, and strive to make the stay as comfortable as possible. The rooms are also impressive: they are modern, spacious, and well furnished. The private balcony is a nice extra plus. For smokers an ashtray can be provided on request, allowing you to smoke on the balcony. Only the sliding door sometimes opens and closes a bit stiffly, but that isn’t a major issue. Another reason I’ll return is the breakfast; the buffet offers a wide selection of Indian and European dishes, so there’s something for everyone. The quality of the food impresses me every time. The room service is reliable, thorough, and efficient. Requests are taken seriously, questions answered politely, and small problems resolved quickly. This straightforward, service‑oriented approach makes for a good hotel experience. If you want a cool spot, the rooftop pool with a view of the adjacent shopping mall is available. The location is also very convenient: the mall is right next to the hotel, and Uber cars are available any time of day or night. The only downside was that the coffee machine was broken during my stay, though coffee was still available.
