Room was comfortable and spotless; the evening meal was outstanding and the dinner staff were very friendly.

Staff were very helpful, the room was comfortable, and breakfast was delicious! It was a good stay after exploring the Nakasendo Trail.

Parking was convenient, staff were pleasant, and the onsen and facilities overall were very good. Breakfast was nice, the room was good, and the view from the window in the mornings was amazing. The 7‑11 is just across the road, which is a bonus. The place feels like it is back in the 80s, but that is just a cosmetic issue while all other facilities are great. It is good as is, but I also think it has amazing potential.
