We were warmly welcomed by Anna, the bed was very comfortable, but we cannot understand the good reviews; the indescribable smell in the bathroom, the broken toilet seat, the bathroom in need of renovation, missing towel rack, loose sockets, TV didn’t work, window was leaky and the room was very noisy from the street; we left early.

First of all, I would like to sincerely thank Anna for everything. She was incredibly helpful and supportive throughout our entire stay. We arrived at the hotel quite late, but she had prepared everything for us and made sure we were comfortable from the moment we arrived. We travel quite often as two couples and have visited many different places, but all four of us agreed that Ms. Anna was truly exceptional. We were genuinely impressed by how caring, helpful, and attentive she was towards her guests. Even when it was difficult to find a taxi for us, Ms. Anna managed to arrange one, personally accompanied us, and made sure we safely reached the taxi. Anna, please always stay exactly as you are. You are absolutely wonderful! I would also like to sincerely thank Ms. Isabelle for running such a wonderful hotel in such a fantastic location. The location, the hotel itself, and all the staff were simply excellent. If we visit Como again, this will definitely be the place we choose to stay. We had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Como. Thank you, Anna and Isabelle, for making our stay so special!

The spot is spot‑on—just a stone’s throw from the lake and transport links, and the staff were friendly, helpful and kind, with no major hassles.

Close to the lake, ferry dock and train station, with plenty of nearby restaurants. The shower felt a bit small.
