The staff were very friendly, but the room wasn’t clean, the breakfast was poor, and there was no parking.

“Excellent location and very friendly staff”
We enjoyed a very pleasant stay at Hôtel Les Négociants; its location was excellent, close to bus stops, shops, the train station, and just a short walk from Lake Geneva. The hotel was spotless, the beds comfortable, and our room sat on the fourth and top floor. Since the elevator only reached the third floor, we had to climb one floor, which was no issue. Reception staff were extremely kind, helpful, and always ready to answer questions, and on our last day they kindly stored our luggage after check‑out, which was very convenient. The room had a slightly old‑fashioned style, yet we felt it matched the hotel’s character and atmosphere perfectly. Getting to Chaplin’s World from the hotel was easy, and we would definitely recommend it. Overall, we had a great stay and would happily return.
A 1960s hotel that has never really been modernised; the elevator doesn’t reach the top floor, the bed is very firm, but the staff are friendly and available, and it’s perfectly positioned between the train station and the lake. It doesn’t justify the price for such an old hotel.
