The location and the warmth of the staff were perfect, but there was no vegetarian sandwich for breakfast.

Easy access, clean and comfortable with a pool table; however, at check‑in we were not given the room we had booked until I mentioned it, after we had unpacked, which was inconvenient. Breakfast came in a bag unexpectedly, the games room was messy and hadn’t been cleaned up from a prior party, and the pool cues lacked tips, making playing pool nearly impossible.

The staff were nice, especially Tirth who gave great restaurant suggestions and was very customer‑oriented. The only downside was that the downstairs rooms were noisy.

The staff were super friendly and the beds were really comfy. I liked the location and the game room was a nice touch. The bathroom window could use a good wipe‑down, and the cutlery set was a bit thin—no duplicate spoons and the glasses were oddly sized.
