“A value for money hotel in the heart of Saigon”
The staff were warm and helpful, and the location was convenient. After reporting an issue, I received a lovely handwritten note in my room—thanks to the writer. However, the hotel didn’t provide body wash or solid soap. The recliner seat was dirty and broken, but they replaced it when I asked. The bath tap was broken and was fixed after my report. The pool water wasn’t heated and was too cold. I needed a quiet study or conference room for an online meeting, but the hotel had none and wouldn’t let me use the conference room.
