The location was good, but the carpets were filthy—my white socks turned black after a few walks—and the bathroom tiles were loose. The room also had a musty smell.

Free breakfast and room, but no hot tub.

The front desk charged me over 500 for a reservation that was already paid in full; I showed the confirmation message, but he said he didn’t care and that I needed to call. After I resolved the issue, he promised a refund in about 5 days, but I never saw it. I never expected a hotel to charge my card without giving a total first; I thought it was just the normal incidental scan. I also found the toilet plugged; the front desk handed me a plunger wrapped in a plastic bag to fix it myself, with no offer to do it—just said there was no one there to help, on a Friday evening at 4pm.

Breakfast was great, but I wish the place was more sound‑proof; I didn’t sleep well because of noise from upstairs and the next door.

The location was convenient, but the hotel was run down. The elevator had sticky floors and made a lot of noise. The first room didn’t have a working heater, so I moved to a second room, which smelled so badly of old smoke that it was hard to sleep.
