직원들 매우 친절하고 온천물도 굉장히 좋음. 숙소 분위기상2 다소 어두컴컴한 점

When we arrived with the rental car, a staff member met us and helped with our luggage; both the female and male employees were courteous and the babies liked them. We were a group of two adults, two babies, and a mother traveling together, enjoyed the hot spring, and the babies even wore yukatas—though we hadn’t yet requested a separate breakfast for the babies. The 24‑hour two‑day baby yukata was adorable. There was no separate microwave, so if you ask, they’ll give you instant rice; consider that more of a note than a complaint. Also, the entrance to the hotel is one of several on the street, so make sure you go into the correct one—my first rental car trip made me a bit confused.

The onsen was nice and the garden, though small, was pretty; I even got to wear a simple kimono. The hotel feels understaffed, needs some remodeling, and the carpet looks very dated. The kaiseki was okay, but not the type I would have chosen.

The staff were extremely helpful and the meals were delicious, worthy of a starred restaurant, but there was a strong smell of stuffiness.
