Service and ambience were excellent! It is everything you would want in a luxury boutique stay. Highly recommend! We will definitely return!. We were inconvenienced a few times trying to exit the parking garage. A do not park sign in front of the garage exit would be helpful. Also a few times all of the complimentary items were not replaced in our room. The system to check for replacement of items could be improved

The decor is stunning, clean and modern, and you can really appreciate the art. The beach is accessible, and the snorkeling and pool are lovely. The location is great with easy access to top restaurants and shops, and everything is close by. The staff are kind. However, the setup isn’t ideal for scuba divers, and there are stairs to enter the water, which is a plus. The dive center Pietermaai is just a few doors down and very convenient. The rooms are a bit small and there’s no place to store gear either in the rooms or downstairs.

The food and drinks were very good, and the view was enchanting with a very flavorful, well‑decorated setting. The plant trays could use some improvement.

The location is strategic. There’s little space at the beach and pool.
