Beautiful building and fantastic location. Nothing to complain about, just a slight sewage smell in the bathroom, which I’ve noticed in other venues, so I think it’s a local issue rather than a fault of the hotel.

The staff were lovely and the location is perfect. The setting changed the experience; I stayed for four days and the area is the best—full of bars, restaurants, nightlife, yet the hotel’s location kept it so quiet.

The location is great, close to a bar area and one of Istanbul’s most famous streets.

The staff were truly exceptional, warm, available, and always attentive. The hotel’s location is a real asset: in a lively, festive neighborhood, just 2 minutes from Taksim Street, about 3 minutes from Galata Tower, surrounded by many restaurants and shops. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. All equipment worked perfectly. We also appreciated that someone was always at reception if needed, any time of day. An excellent experience from start to finish! A hotel I highly recommend for its location, cleanliness, and especially the staff’s friendliness and professionalism. We’ll gladly return!
