Its proximity to the Royal Palace, National Museum, quays, etc., the very comfortable bed, breakfast, good coffee, and the kind manager were all positives. The nighttime noise, no window in the room, and lack of bedside lamps were negatives.

The crowd and the people were old western men very rude with girls passing by and the staff. I’ve seen disgusting and rude behaviours.

The location is good and the beds are spacious. The balcony in the room is a plus. The downstairs bar offers a good menu, including vegan and vegetarian options. However, the place isn’t always clean and the noise from the bar downstairs kept me awake until 2 am.

The staff were friendly and the evening lounge with billiards was nice to sit in. The music was too loud until 2 am and some guests were snoring.

Staff were really friendly and helpful. We asked to extend our stay and they accommodated us. Bar / Resturant was reasonably priced and convient. Location was really good. The room was sufficient for what we paid. We booked a non smokers room but there was cigarette burns in the headboard and quilt cover. As the room is above the bar it is quite loud until 12am and then about 7/8am when the restaurant is setting up for the day. We also got woken up by a dog scratching the floor outside our room on 2 out of the 3 nights we were there
