The staff were quick to attend, greet, guide, and give suggestions. The room was nicely warm. The shower was a problem.

The temperature dropped below zero and the heating was not working. When we asked for a fix, they didn’t respond.

The mountain view was great, the staff were very attentive and especially clean, I recommend it 100%. The only thing missing was a TV.
