The only redeeming quality of this hotel was its location, but unfortunately, that's where the positives ended. I had a terrible experience waiting for more than two hours after showing my confirmed booking, only to be told there was no booking, and it took an inordinate amount of time to finally get a room. The cleanliness was atrocious, and the windows were broken, making it impossible to close them properly.
