The room was spacious enough for me, with a large bed and a carpeted floor that looked very nice; a fan inside helped when it got hot. They supplied everything I needed for the stay, including a steamer, and the breakfast was great. It’s definitely a good place to stay if you’re heading to Sullana. The hotel is well‑located: a Tottus is across the street, there are restaurants nearby, and a bus terminal a block away serves many Piura destinations. A truly central spot for a stay.

The location is good, close to several bus companies, right in front of Tottus and a variety of restaurants with good food.

The location and staff service are positive, but the facilities feel old, the furniture is dated, there’s a stale smell, and the mattresses are badly worn.

The pool is a plus, but the listing doesn’t mention that you can’t bring friends or family into the room you rented, and if you want to bring them to the pool you have to pay an extra 25 soles, plus 40 soles for the room.
