I adore these bunks and slept so well. The staff were amazing, especially since it was my first time staying here. They gave us 2 bathrobes and 2 towels at no extra cost, unlike some other places. They also have a cat. The location is far from Dam Square, but I already knew that. The showers aren’t that powerful, but they’re still good.

It was a cool experience and the staff were all super friendly. The space takes getting used to, but you know what you’re paying for.

The location is superb, well linked to the city centre and public transport, and the staff were very friendly and helpful while the hotel itself was charming; the pillows were a little firm, but that’s just a matter of personal preference.

The capsule concept is really clever—well designed, and you don't feel boxed in! Quiet, tidy, and the staff are super friendly. The only downside is the showers are quite small.
