“Disappointing”
The only positive was the position. The ceiling still had cobwebs that hadn’t been painted over.
“Happy with overnight stay”
The hotel is close to shopping, the room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. No negatives.
Very convenient location. Bedsheets provided were not clean, had hair and dirt from previous users, felt it was not changed

The rooms were dirty: other people’s underwear was under the bed, the kettle, microwave, and utensils were covered in dust, and there was nothing to clean them with, making the facilities unusable.
