The room facilities were very comfortable, yet the room was in a bar‑filled area and the music was loud until 3 am.

The location was good, but the TV in the room didn't work and there were other issues.

The hotel is in a heavily trafficked area full of restaurants and bars; for light sleepers the music from nearby bars keeps going until almost 4 am each night. The café on the ground floor is wow, everything is very good. The room is tiny, comfortable, and the staff are energetic and hospitable. In terms of cleanliness, no attention was paid to details, but I didn’t have time during my vacation to look for dust under the bed.

Nothing pleased us; only the bed was comfortable. Unfortunately our stay was truly awful. We were two women (23 and 33) and could barely sleep at night because of the extremely loud music from surrounding bars, especially the Papel bar. Even with earplugs, the noise was intolerable. The walls were also extremely sound‑transmitting; in the morning we could clearly hear the neighbor’s videos and conversations. Restful sleep was impossible. The room itself was very small. The beds were large and comfortable. There was no wardrobe, so we had to leave all our clothes in the suitcase. The air conditioner was present, but the cold air was blown directly onto the bed, which was also unpleasant. A strong odor from the bathroom venting into the room in the morning was particularly annoying. The rooms were not cleaned during our stay, which was very disappointing for a hotel. Safety was also lacking; the lower entrance door seemed accessible to anyone and our room door couldn’t even be properly locked. The hotel sits right on a prominent party street, so it was especially noisy at night and felt unsafe. When we checked out, there was no staff on site; we simply left the card on the desk and left. We paid about 20 € per night. In hindsight we regret not spending more for a better, quieter hotel. When you’re exhausted after a day of travel, you want to relax and sleep in peace—this was not possible. I absolutely cannot recommend this place, especially to young women who value a sense of security.
