“cleanliness, caring chambermaid staff, great location”

Everything in the room and the bathroom was clean, and the bed linen and towels were spotless white. A hairdryer, complimentary bottled water and a china teapot and tea cups were wonderful added touches to the room's amenities. The chambermaids made their best to provide me every day with bottled water and a fresh towel even if I did not need to clean the room. It made me feel welcomed in the house. There is a tiny shop with pastry at the reception and I got few sweet samples as a lovely welcome gift at arrival. Great location just few minutes walk from a subway station. One of the beautifull water cannals of Suzhou was just at a sight from the hotel. Lots of small eateries just minutes away from the hotel. I would recommend a stay at this hotel to anyone

Very cute boutique hotel with great coffee and pastries at the ground level. Also very close to the metro and many attractions, including the canals and parts of the city wall

Le meilleur rapport qualité-prix de rout mon séjour en Chine. Les chambres sont lumineuses et propre, le personnel est très gentil, et la boulangerie est un vrai plus. Situé à seulement 5 min du métro et 10min de la rue commerçante. L'emplacement est idéal!

Great location, easy walk to beautiful canal streets and toruist attractions on the doorstep. Amazing staff, they were so helpful and went above and beyond to assist. The bathroom was great and whole room very clean. The bedroom layout was very tight, I stubbed my toe multiple times trying to walk past the narrow gap from bottom of the bed to the wall. I think turning the bed against the bathroom wall fixes this problem
