The quality is evident from the first moment. Upon arrival we were greeted with kindness, courtesy, and attention that truly made a difference: we never felt like simple guests or numbers, but people. The shuttle from the parking to the property is extremely convenient and well organized. The option to choose breakfast from a beautiful menu with various proposals was also highly appreciated. The room was impeccable, spotless, and cared for in every detail. The advice we received was up to par with everything else: we were suggested an authentic local spot frequented by residents and far from typical tourist places—a perfect choice. It’s hard to find other words to express our gratitude. It was an outstanding experience, full of quality, attention, and humanity. We will definitely return next year.
“Ottimo”
The property was very beautiful and centrally located, and the staff were super kind and helpful.
“Espectacular hotel en Polignano a Mare”
The suite was very pretty with a jacuzzi, the location was great, and the service from everyone at the hotel stood out.
Tutto molto ben organizzato, tutti molto professionali e cordiali. La camera confortevole, pulita, comoda (abbiamo apprezzato il piano terra). Colazione molto gustosa e genuina, forse il fatto di dover indicare delle preferenze il giorno prima per noi è stato un po' limitante ma capisco le necessità operative. Posizione top. Veramente una piacevole sorpresa. Torneremo senz'altro, abbiamo ora un altro riferimento interessante a Polignano
