Clean, comfortable, and the staff were helpful; the shuttle service was good, though it would have been better if it went directly to the cruise pier; breakfast could have offered a better variety.

The room was very nicely renovated, clean, with a nice bathroom and comfortable beds; the A/C was great, and we liked the LVP floors (no carpet) and the benches that let us put our suitcase off the floor; the room also had a safe. The lady who cleaned our room did a great job and got it ready early for us! We were in room 526, which was at the end of the hall if you went to the right after the elevator. It was only 10 minutes from the airport and about 15 minutes from the cruise pier. Getting an Uber or a taxi into Boston was very easy, which was about a 10 to 15 minute drive to Quincy Market. The hotel has a free shuttle to and from the airport. The elevator door is very quick when closing; we thought we might be able to get a snack before we left for the airport at 6 o’clock, but it wasn’t ready before we left.

The beds were comfortable, breakfast was pretty good, the location was great, and we loved watching planes land from our window; nothing was missing, everything was great!
