I was greeted warmly, enjoyed delicious meals, and the staff were attentive, but the spa treatment felt overpriced; it was advertised as a one‑hour session yet lasted only 20 minutes because the therapist said my feet didn't need that much attention, and I was missing gel polish. Despite the short time, my nails still looked good.

Every staff member was outstanding, especially the doorman and the sommelier at The Restaurant. The building and gardens are stunning, well maintained, and thoughtfully arranged; strolling through The Kitchen Garden and admiring the pond with water lilies was a highlight. However, our room was separate from the main hotel restaurant area, so when it was very cold or super wet, it wasn’t ideal even though umbrellas were provided. I heard a revamp is planned for next year. Some décor felt a bit tired, and the air‑conditioning/heating unit in our room made a lot of noise.
