The property is in a truly strategic spot, easy to reach and convenient for getting around different parts of Umbria. The room was very nice and had a large balcony. The staff were genuinely kind and helpful, assisting us with all our requests. The only drawbacks were the entrance, which is hard to spot from the road, and the limited variety at breakfast.

The owner gave us a warm welcome, and the room had a private bathroom and a nice balcony. The building itself is lovely, close to supermarkets and not far from the historic center. Breakfast was good, and the room service included a nice coffee pod setup. The breakfast room was well furnished. The only caution was the exit, since the street is busy and you need to be careful. Overall, we were satisfied. Good job.

The Oste accommodated our needs by offering a better room. The room was spacious, clean, and fully equipped, and we could also have a good breakfast inside the property. No complaints.

Great place, well kept and clean, big room with a comfy bed, perfect breakfast, no faults at all, owners very helpful and friendly, covered motorcycle shelter, fenced private parking with automatic gate.
