Everything was great: cleanliness, order, staff, everything was top‑level! The metro station is nearby, making it easy to reach any part of the city, but the food at the hotel is excellent yet very expensive.

The staff treated me politely, though it seemed some guests received different service. The bathroom’s glass panel stops part‑way, so raising the shower makes the floor get wet. I told the parking attendant I was staying overnight and was directed to the underground lot, but right after entering I saw a sign with “Zen stay” and a pole, leaving me unsure if I could park there, so I ended up parking far down on the second basement level, which felt unsatisfactory.

The gardens are the most beautiful I've seen, the staff are friendly and super helpful, and the buffet breakfast is extensive. The only downside is that the hotel is far from public transport, and I wish I’d stayed longer.
