“Nice hotel, but expensive to get to.”

The hotel itself was quite nice, the staff were pleasant, and the breakfast was very good. The description of the hotel stated that it had a shuttle service from and to the airport. That was also one of the filters I used to search on bookings.com. In making my reservation I indicated to them that we would be arriving late and would need that shuttle. The reply I received stated that this wouldn’t be a problem. When we arrived at the airport and called them directly, they said that their shuttle was broken down and we’d need to take a taxi. We ended up paying €180 to get to the hotel that night and return to the airport the following morning. Needless to say, we will choose a different hotel next time with a reliable shuttle. And I would encourage bookings.com to ensure that their information is more accurate

We stayed at the Enea Hotel Pomezia and were really satisfied. Everything appealed to us, from the beautiful pool to the immaculate cleanliness of the premises. A special shout‑out to the reception staff – professional, friendly, and attentive, welcoming us with great courtesy. We also enjoyed the decent dinner, the quality of service, and the pleasant atmosphere of the hotel. It’s a well‑maintained property where you feel comfortable right away. A truly positive experience that we gladly recommend and would love to repeat. Kudos to the entire team! On the downside, I’d give it a genuine four‑star rating and suggest adding soap near the bidet and removing the film from the sheets.
