I booked a 17 m² triple room, but the hotel gave me a 9 m² double that had been converted into a triple. The neighboring room was also a 9 m² double meant for two people, not three. They removed the desk to add a third bed and moved the wardrobe so the sliding door could no longer open fully to the terrace. The hotel does not honor reservations, the noise level is high, and the cleaning staff makes a lot of noise early in the morning, disturbing guests who want to rest and sleep later. There are construction works around the hotel, and the Annessa Duca di Kent is behind the Duca di Kent hotel, requiring us to exit from the back to reach it. The fire alarm keeps going off constantly for no reason.

“Great experience, perfect!”

The location is great, the reception staff were extremely helpful and answered all our questions, the pool was fantastic, and breakfast offered a wide variety of options. The only thing I didn’t like—probably the cleaning staff missed it—was that the fridge in the room was dirty. Another unpleasant moment happened at breakfast when I asked a staff member for a spoon; the lady, who seemed unfamiliar with me, handed me a dirty spoon from a table, so I asked her in English if it might be dirty, and she gave me another. I think that’s a staff fault that lowers the hotel’s value, but otherwise everything else was fine.

The staff were friendly, the pool was fantastic. The parking was too small for all the cars, and the beds were a bit uncomfortable.
