The room, cleanliness, breakfast, and parking were all very good. The location was convenient because we wanted to take a boat on Pristav Lake the next day. Unfortunately, the view looked out onto the highway. There was no reception, the downstairs venue was closed, and no one at the hotel could be reached by phone or email. Only a Slovak‑speaking staff member was available, whom we didn't understand, so I left several messages. After about 1.5 hours, a call came with a wrong code to open the door; after more phone calls, the lady personally reset the door system, and we finally got into the room two hours after arrival. Not a pleasant experience.

The place was beautiful and clean, with a selection of breakfast items. The room equipment was adequate, the mattresses comfortable, and the room had a minibar and a hair dryer. The staff were kind, pleasant, and helpful. The accommodation was near a road, so with the window open passing cars could be heard, but that's just a minor detail. Everything else was great.

The staff were very friendly, the breakfast was luxurious, and parking was free. There was no evening restaurant, but given the location I understand.

The room was nice, clean, and had a large balcony. You could make coffee or tea in the room, and the fridge had free cola and mineral water. The mattresses were good, and everything smelled new. It was close to a noisy road, but at night it was quiet.
