The location was great, the rooms were pretty, and the food was good, but the hotel restaurant had poor service.

The spot was superb, the décor sleek and stylish, and overall comfort was remarkable; we loved the vibe and found the hotel very cozy and pleasant. The front desk staff was extremely helpful and went out of her way to solve our issue, and we truly appreciated her willingness to assist. On the downside, the restaurant service was very disappointing—waiters were inattentive, slow, and not very helpful, which lowered our dining experience despite the high standard of the place.

The hotel is fantastic—clean, comfy, and in a prime spot right in the middle of everything. The spa is great, the saunas are good, the pool is perfect for swimming, and breakfast offers many options. We loved everything.
