I liked the hotel’s location and cleanliness, and it’s close to Mallin Plaza Market, making check‑in quick and easy; special thanks to Yui, Book, and Nan for their excellent service and fast assistance. The reception area has a coffee shop and light snacks right by the street. The downside was the noise from the street, especially in rooms with balconies facing the road.

The vibe felt very home‑like and I had a great time. The shower pressure felt a bit weak, but that’s understandable since it’s electric‑water‑boiler.

The spot is ideal, the staff are friendly and respectful, and the place is near everything. The air‑conditioner is very weak.

Everything was excellent: the location, clean rooms and bathrooms, proximity to services, restaurants, cafés, and Seven Eleven. The staff were elegant, very friendly, and the snacks, American coffee, and espresso at reception were all free. I strongly recommend it. The only negative was the weak air‑conditioning, which barely worked during the hot and humid Thai weather.
