“Beautiful hotel in a Glamourous Area of Lisbon”
The interior design included rich, luxurious vibrant colours and textures. The ceilings were high and grand making the already large room feel extra spacious. The bed was very comfortable and there was a beautiful view from the windows. The staff were friendly and eager to help. I felt safe in the area and it was close to nice restaurants, bars and parks. However, it was a little far of a walk to the main tourist attractions. The rooftop hotel bar was comfortable and had great drinks and service. I arrived 30 minutes before check in time and the room was not ready which was a little disappointing. The staff stored my bag for me and I went for a walk. I arrived back at the check in time of 2pm, however, the room was still not ready. I was guided to the rooftop bar to kill some more time. I think a free drink should have been provided as I only went there due to the room not being ready at the time specified. Something to be aware of is that whilst staying there the rooms aren't cleaned until after 4pm which is too late in the day. I had to call and ask for my room to be cleaned
