The staff were amazing, the hotel is very high‑level, and the upgraded rooms are stunningly designed and huge. The atmosphere is very pleasant, perfect for a holiday!

Very well located in Chaweng, great bedding, and a typical hotel. The bathroom wasn’t very clean and felt a bit old.

I want to highlight the politeness and professionalism of all your staff, especially the front‑office lady named Gift. The alcohol prices at the poolside bar are extremely expensive, which discourages guests from staying out all evening by the pool.

The hotel sat in a perfect seaside spot and the team were always friendly, smiling and very professional, even at the breakfast restaurant. A day before we arrived they warned us about a planned power outage; with a non‑refundable booking we had no choice. For three of the six days there was no electricity from 9 am until almost 6 pm, meaning no AC, no internet, and the shower was practically dark – my husband got hit a few times. The hotel’s compensation was two discounted tours and two hours of ice‑cream‑like treats each day, plus moving us to a room with a broken AC and uncomfortable chairs, and a 1‑for‑1 cocktail deal, which didn’t make up for losing three days. When I complained they offered a 1000‑shekel restaurant voucher and later a free better room, but they also asked us to leave the room at noon and move into a new one at 2 pm, which was absurd. In the end they gave us a free shuttle to the airport; I still think I deserve a refund for the three days without power.
