The staff were fine. The food was not great, and the apparel spritz was not properly made, probably because they’re used to making it for all‑inclusive package people and we were paying customers, so we got low‑quality drinks.

The property is beautiful, well-maintained, and located in a peaceful setting. The rooms were comfortable, the facilities were excellent, and the staff were friendly and helpful. There wasn’t much to dislike about the stay. A few areas could be improved in terms of service response time, but overall, the experience was very good

Breakfast was really good, they had a lot of different option and a live station. Place was clean and tidy. The atmosphere is perfect with its arabic style present all around. I'd had like more traditional options in the drinks available, however they had a large variaty. Room was spacious and with all the amenities included. Coffee and tea available in the room. I stayed there to celebrate my birthday and they have a nice gesture to celebrate it with me. I will come back for sure! Indoor pool was a peace of heaven, really quite and relaxing. The photos don't do the place justice. Nothing really. There are some places that required maintenance as the jacuzzis. The Spa facilities are split in ladies and gentlemen, 100% understandable, but the indoor pool in share. As I was there in low season, sometime was difficult to find staff to get the towels, but not a big deal. Music in the main swimming pool was a little to loud for my taste

The property, opened in 2007, is well kept and now has a loyalty program. The staff are super friendly, and the large pool and nice beach are great for a morning walk. My room was comfortable with all the necessary amenities, and the breakfast was very good. The restaurant offers a view by the beach, and there’s a diving centre right on the beach. It’s a great getaway just a 2‑hour drive from Dubai.
