“other than cleanliness, or stay was fine”
I was initially impressed with the hotel's great location and comfortable atmosphere, but my experience took a turn for the worse when I discovered that my room hadn't been cleaned and the coffee maker was infested with bugs. The staff insisted that the room had been cleaned, which was confusing and made me question their attention to detail.
I was thoroughly impressed with the hotel's prime location and its beautiful appearance. My kids had a blast using the pool, and everything was spot on during our stay. I didn't encounter any issues or disappointments, making our experience truly wonderful.

However, I experienced some drawbacks during my stay, including a slow elevator, a room that was in need of renovation, and a mediocre breakfast. Overall, it was an average stay with both pleasant and disappointing moments.
