Affordable and comparable to a 3‑star property, it’s a convenient spot for those who want to keep costs low and still reach the Glico Man and other tourist attractions easily.

I didn't realise it was literally in the heart of dotonburi. So I just went down to eat Ichiran, came up, went down to Don Quixote / DONKI, came up, etc. Luggage store was also friendly and accommodating, I can't remember if they took only 2 pieces, but you could keep it until 5pm IIRC. This is minor to me, but LOL this is the definition of a yakuza hideout condo. The lift lobby had CCTV and police advisories rather than the usual friendly posters. And definitely saw some characters that looked at home in the Tadanobu Asano movies lol
