The breakfast lady was so lovely and accommodating! The room wasn’t the cleanest; we were in a pet‑friendly room and only noticed the sheer amount of dog hair on the floor when we were packing up to leave. We don’t have a dog, so a better vacuum cleaner would be helpful.

The beds were comfortable, but the staff didn’t smile or even say good morning, and the breakfast was very ordinary.

Friendly staff and everything else was fine, but the price felt steep for a standard Comfort Inn double queen room, especially after the north was evacuated because of fires and they seemed to use that as a last‑minute opportunity.
