“Catastrophique”

The room was spacious with a nice bathroom. It’s a bit far from the town centre, not the best area. The cleanliness was poor—there were bed bugs that had been reported by other renters, and I saw the owner do something surprising. I had to scramble at 1 a.m. for a different room because the booking system did nothing. On the same date the Imperial reservation didn’t exist, and booking offered nothing. The stay was a disaster; I’m done with booking.

“Da rivedere”

The location is good and well connected by public transport. The shower was clogged, the walls were dirty, the shelf in the bathroom was crooked and impossible to use, the bed net was half torn, and there were little “toppings” on the cake. It felt like a joke; everything should be reviewed.

The location is great, the apartment is comfortable and spacious. I was happy overall, but every morning I woke up with new red “punches” on the upper part of my body, even my face, which I traced back to bed‑bug bites after some research. Check that issue.

“Breve soggiorno romano”

The staff were courteous and responded quickly to requests, but the apartment, while nice, had a few issues: hot water was not always consistently available, which made daily routines a bit inconvenient, and the walls were quite thin, so sometimes I could hear noises from neighboring units—probably a structural thing rather than a fault of the host.
