Excellent location in the historic centre, close to the Duomo and Santa Croce. Cleanliness was fine and the room was spacious. Marco and Cirlene (who is Brazilian) were wonderful. They gave us valuable tips and helped with everything while we were in the city!

The room and bathroom were clean and as pictured, spacious enough and comfy. Host Marco made it easy to get to the building and we were able to store bags after check‑out. Wifi worked well. The location was perfect for a few nights in Florence – walking distance from everything and very easy to get to. Not really much to say here.

Great spot, a big clean room and staff who were super helpful. The only gripe: it’s a short walk to the Duomo and all the main sights!
