The host is the sweetest man, making you feel like you’re at Nonno’s house; he’s eager to ensure you’re happy. However, you should know what to expect: there are two flights of stairs to reach the reception area/room, so heavy luggage will require effort. The mattress is very firm, so you’ll have to be comfortable with that. Shower water pressure is weak, so if you need a strong stream you won’t get it. The towels feel scratchy, so bring your own if you prefer soft ones.
