Nick gave us a very warm greeting, the gardens and décor were lovely, the beds were comfortable, and the village was just a short walk away for food or shopping; parking on site was available. The bathroom, while adequate for a renovated heritage building, did not have enough room for our toiletry bags and other items.

It was a quiet, comfortable stay at a good value guest house. The secure bike parking was appreciated during a short cycle tour, and the proximity to Builth town centre was convenient; the generous and tasty breakfast was a highlight. The room had the basics covered, including a small ensuite with shower and complimentary tea and coffee. The hosts were very welcoming and friendly, with good pre‑visit communication. Thanks.

Nick was very accommodating. Probably the best breakfast I’ve had in a B&B or hotel. Honesty bar was very welcome, after a long journey to arrive. Nothing - all excellent

The property was exceptionally clean, and the room was tastefully decorated with a lovely view. The bed was one of the most comfortable we’ve slept in. Nick was friendly and attentive, served a fantastic breakfast, and offered helpful advice. Nothing to complain about!
