The staff, chalet/mountain vibe, and meals were great, but the Americans who talked too loudly were a downside.

The staff were incredibly kind, the breakfast selection diverse, and the beautifully restored outdoor seating area was charming. The shower temperature was impossible to control. We arrived Friday night; on Saturday morning we wanted to go to the spa, but it didn’t open until later in the afternoon.
